Today,I am sharing my favorite juice with you.I love juicing.I make myself a juice every morning.It gives me so much energy and vitamins that i need for the day.I found that since I started it along with healthier eating,I got so many amazing benefits.
This has been my favorite juice at the moment.It is super easy to make and it's so yummy!
HOW TO MAKE IT:
All I need for this juice is an orange,an apple and a bit of kale.
ORANGE:Oranges are rich in citrus limonoids, proven to help fight a number of varieties of cancer including that of the skin, lung, breast, stomach and colon.Since they’re full of soluble fiber, oranges are helpful in lowering cholesterol.The flavonoid hesperidin found in oranges helps regulate high blood pressure and the magnesium in oranges helps maintain blood pressure.Oranges are full of beta-carotene is a powerful antioxidant protecting the cells from being damage which also protects the skin from free radicals and prevents the signs of aging.
APPLE:One medium-sized apple contains about four grams of fiber which keeps you full for a longer time.Five or more apples a week (less than an apple a day!) has been linked with better lung function.apples are considered a good source of immune system-boosting vitamin C, with over 8 milligrams per medium-sized fruit, which amounts to roughly 14 percent of your daily recommended intake.
KALE:It is very high in antioxidants and vitamins A, C and K. These nutrients can heal your skin and reverse skin damage. A 1 cup serving has 36 calories and provides calcium, omega-3 fatty acids and dietary fiber. The high chlorophyll content of kale delivers substances that reduce inflammation, like acne, and detoxify your body.
Chop it up and put it in your blender.Then add some water,you can put coconut water if you want to,and that's it!Sometimes I will squeeze a bit of lemon in it too.Raw kale can be a little bit bitter,so I like to put more orange in and it makes it so much more yummy.
And there you have it!Super yummy juice that will wake you up,give you so much energy for the day and give you all the needed vitamins all at once!I love making this juice, especially when I know I haven't eaten really healthy,it just detoxifies my body and helps digest all the bad food.
